Best web designer

Code or what you see is what you get.

Personnaly i go for the coder, it was Notepad++ (syntax hilighting, multiple programming schemes)
And then it was until i watched this video about php - http://www.phpvideotutorials.com/lesson01/ - that i realized a truely amazing coder.

It does everything! (its only a small fee)

And well then theres Dreamweaver which is a more of a beginner aproach to programming.

Anyone have any others?

I normally use a text editor [Wordpad], because i use CMS and i only need to do little changes.

At school need use JSP, and i really need make a lot of code so i use te Eclipse IDE, but is not a "full-featured" Web designer.
