I know you all must be terribly busy with all the work you're doing on the infrastructure, but I'm hoping I can draw your attention to looking at my account, BHNCS (or, the domain, bhncs.co.cc). I believe I'm on chopin, which your status message indicates should be completely restored, but my settings and data appear to be missing. If you have a free moment, I'd appreciate your looking into it.

Thanks.

You have your nameservers listed as those at co.cc

They point to 216.245.205.66 which, I believe, currently is not an x10hosting server.

During the migrations, IP addresses change.

OK, I note that I will have to change the IP addresses on co.cc in order to get the domain to point to the correct servers. That makes sense.

However, when I currently log into the control panel (which is not formatting correctly, and might even be missing menu items), it is showing I am using 0MB of storage and 0MB of transfer. I had to reconfirm my e-mail address. Also, I paid the fee to keep my site active if I can't make it to the forums, and I've started getting warning messages again.

It looks to me like my data and configuration settings are not present. I would appreciate someone looking it to it, when time permits.

Thanks.

1. Account Panel and cPanel figures for usage go crazy every once in awhile. Until you get into your site and check the files/databases, I would not worry.

2. They were testing a new "warning of inactivity" script. Unfortunately, it did not check for inactivity timer. But the real script that does the suspending does check.

3. Try chopin.x10hosting.com/~your-cPanel-username to access your site for now. Note: accessing your account this was will mess up links, css files, etc., but will let you see your site is still there.

I've tried using http and https. I got a timeout error from the server on both protocols.

Should I normally be able to go to http:// or https://chopin.x10hosting.com/ and get a page of some sort? I also tried that, without my cPanel username, and got the same timeout.

I appreciate all the suggestions so far.

Thanks.

The problem is that chopin is down across the boards right now.

Fair enough. I'll wait until service is restored to see what happens.
