The highest bid for one click of an advertisement right now is $7.84. The advertisements are geo-targeted, so the advertiser basically picks where they want their ads to show up in the world. You can be a publisher, or an advertiser.

Publishers: When you earn your first $10. I get $10. When you earn $50, I get an additional $40.
