Big Problem - I don't get the activation e-mail for User Panel

I think I registered with x10hosting using the e-mail chirantharan [at] sltnet.lk but the problem is I no longer own chirantharan [at] sltnet.lk e-mail account. I would like to update my e-mail to chirantha7777 [at] gmail.com. My username is csoft.

i doubt you could do that, because you could be some random person getting them to change the email so u can have the pass emailed to u....

You can change your contact information in cpanel. Log in and you will see a link to update it; once you change your contact information, link it again to your cpanel and you will receive the email.

I had to change my contact information.. quite suprised at how old my info was lol.

Nope, I updated my contact info in cpanel but its not working I think the records need to be undated manually?

1. I have checked my spam box
2. I entered my username correctly
3. I changed my e-mail in cpanel correctly
