Big problem with my website

I can not put anything on my ftp

And my disk is no longer unlimited

There is a 1.7gb file in the upload folder; that is likely what's causing the problem as there hasn't been a disk request put through to have the space marked as unlimited. That said, I'm not sure on what this file is meant for; if it's not related to the site, it'd need to be removed, and on its own it'd be enough to bring the disk usage well below your current maximum.

you were right about the file. I had not seen the size of the file before putting it on my ftp..
