Binary prolem please help

hi there i have gallery script installed and the following binaries cannot be accepted by the gallery "imagemagick,dcraw,ffmpeg,zip,unzip,netpbm,jhead" i have downloaded the above binaries from the developers site and have uploaded those using filezilla to this path "/home/gafog/bin/" i have provided the same path in the gallery when asked for. it either gives a blank page or gives me a test error saying the path is not correct(valid) whereas it is valid please help me.

They have to be installed on the server.
I believe they are but I'm not sure where.

Set the path to /usr/bin
