Blacklist Error

I deleted all my data from public_html, but got an error when I was trying to log into the forum.....
ERROR----------
Domain blacklisted, contact admin to whitelist

I'm not a spammer, and so please help me with that

Did you also delete the default directories/files, created when your account was, from the public_html directory?

Can you please give a link to your forums?

I deleted everything from home_html, and loaded another index file from my hard disk.....
I'm new to programming, and so please do help me on this

Oh sorry, I misread what you were saying; I thought you meant your forums. =P

I take it that "pr3vee" is not you main forum account? If so, what is?
