Blacklisted ip and email address for the forum signup

Hello ever since I made an account my peed up blacklisted I can’t get into the admin panel or get on the site do anything when I try to make an account on this forum? I use my same email address that I signed up with and it told me that that was blacklisted as well. I had to use another email.

VPNs are not allowed. Please disable any VPN or iCloud Private Relay and try again.
