Blank page issues

Hi, I uploaded phpbb 3 a few weeks ago and had no issues. I then tried to add a hack which I stuffed up so I decided to remove phpbb 3 and start a fresy install.
Now when I go to http://easternfooty.x10hosting.com/forum/install/install_install.php I get a blank white page.

After searching the forums I seen I may have to change my settings to php intermediate, so I did this.
It may take 12 hours I think it said, Its been over the time they said yet I still cant seem to install the forum, am I doing something wrong?

If you login to http://x10hosting.com/account does it say the version upgrade is still pending?
