Blank phpBB install page.

Hi.

I have repeated the process many times, but the result is the same.
Can anyone see the fault in this?

• Go to PHPBB.com and download 3.0.1 package as zip.
• Upload to x10 in public directory via CP
• Extract
• Go to redhedforums.x10hosting.com/phpBB/ (automatically redirects)

And the page is blank. I have no clue how to progress.
I have asked Alex Mac, but this is what he did and his website installed!
Can anyone help me? I know absaloutly no PHP by the way.

This should of been in the support section in my opinion. Anyways, you will need to request to upgrade your PHP. I had the same problem, I upgraded and it worked fine.

If your stuck on how to request to upgrade, then this is how you do so.

1. Goto http://x10hosting.com/

2. Scroll down on that page till you see the red login box.

3. Login and wait for it to load.

4. Scroll down on the loaded page untill you see a purple box saying "PHP Version".

5. Select "Intermediate PHP Configuration" and give your reason why you want to upgrade. Just say that your forum doesn't load without it and such.

6. Wait till it upgrades and from there you'll be able to access your installer.

Hmn? I HAD intermediate, but they've appeared to have downgraded me.
