blank portal page

Hi,

everytime i try to login into my account (Homepage->Account Portal), the Page (https://x10hosting.com/portal/) shows nothing, it is just blank.

I tried to use IE instead of Chrome, but this does not fix anything.

How do i access the Control Panel (or something similar)?
