blank screen

--> I hv uploaded all the phpbb3 files to my disk(public_html\phpbb3) through webdisk .. while browsing to install phpbb3 am getting screen blank , and i set CHMOD to files 644 and folders 755 ...

--> all the files are at same place only.. what to do now ??
