Blank SMF thread question

well the thread is locked so i cant ask there. my question is this. on my SMF forum, whenever i laod a page, it goes white and says its done loading. i have to refresh it like 10 times for it to show up. this is a real problem when i log in. so i was wondering if this thread:

yeah I have the same problem.. i've installed e107 onto my public_html section and all i get is a white page when i finish with install.php, head to the index.php to look at my site and its white
