Blank webalizer logs since May -- Free account

Not sure if this should be in Forum or Discord

We are developing a website using a Sub-domain within currently a Free account (Will move it once ready)
Haven't noticed it before because we had not needed however, now needing some Website traffic information we look at the Usage and see there is No statistics since May.. Weird
Could someone help me look into this, we just need the webalizer logs to function again?

Did you ever get a response about this? I too noticed a couple of months ago that logging had ceased on or about May 16. I've been meaning to ask about this here or on Discord. But I just checked now, and it appears that logging seems to have started up again on September 23, one day after you mentioned it! It's hard to believe that's just a coincidence. Did someone official see your complaint and finally push the magic "ON" button?

The Usage log seem appears to be working, but I'm not so sure about the Error log.

For my low-traffic personal web site, I find those logs to be interesting and informative, if not strictly necessary, and I hope they continue to function.

Yes, it was discussed and resolved in Discord channel with one of the Free support staff, Two days ago. It does take 24 hours for the logs to generate/update so.. at this point you should see new webalizer log files for your site
If you would like something a bit more comprehensive, I would suggest EXTRAWatch module
