Hi! I can't open my website using my computer or devices in my local network. My website is fine in other network. How can I solve my problem? I think I might be being blocked by mod_security because it looks suspicious. Help! Please! Thanks!

IF it was [ mod_security2 ] - ALL IP address would be blocked...

IMO - your "local network" (ISP IP address) connection is being blocked by x10hosting's server(s) because you are connecting from a suspicious (to x10hosting) IP address - which could be caused by privacy software or settings that you may have installed on your computer - AND/OR x10hosting's server(s) blocked your connection due to the IP address - that you were trying to connect with - is listed on one or more of their "third-party blacklists"

test if your IP address is on a blacklist

get your current IP address at --> [ https://www.whatismyip.com/ ]

then test it at --> [ http://www.stopforumspam.com/search ]

I've already removed some privacy softwares. What should I do now to fix this issue? Please help me!

Have you checked your IP if it had been blacklisted using the sites linked by @bdistler in his reply?
