Dear Costumer Support,

I am living in Indonesia I would like to signup for a free hosting account at x10hosting. This web hosting seems great. Can I register? If can, There's any information that I can give?

Indonesia is not on the country blacklist, but it's not on the whitelist either. That means that your account will be treated as "high risk" for the first little while at least, but you will be allowed to have a hosting account. (Based on past experience, there is a higher risk for illegal or abusive use of the account by people registering from your country, but not so high as to block your country altogether.)

That means that you will be given an account with a few extra restrictions when you sign up -- your disk quota will be 500MB, and the number of emails you can send per hour will be lower than with an account created from a whitelisted country. If you follow the Terms of Service and have a working web site up for at least seven days, you can apply to have the restrictions lifted. See Country Restrictions for more details.
