Blocked IP Check

Dear X10 Hosting Support. Thank you for your assistance. I think my external IP may be blocked; I cannot FTP my items to the site. FTP settings unchanged here since prevoius successful FTP connection. Thanks for your help; will PM the full IP if requested. The last 6 digits are 185.188.

Hi kwhweb,

Are you using your cPanel log-in credentials to sign in to FTP? Using your forum username and password to access FTP will not work.

Also make sure you are using kwhweb.elementfx.com as your host...

An FTP error occurred - annot make connection to host. This message is popped up by Dreamweaver. I have changed nothing on my FTP setup since I reuploaded my site in August '09. The FTP settings are:

server accessFTP

What is the error code returned? If no code is returned, download filezilla and try to connect with it. It will provide an error code if it fails.
