Blocked IP?

Hi X10Hosting Team,

I have trouble logging into hosting control panel (upsakkyq @ X13) from my home network, getting timeout errors and can't even ping x13.x10hosting.com. Ping works from outside my home network though. Is there any chance my IP was blocked?

Most servers are currently down, as we know. For example, our website has been down since 8 pm. yesterday, and it still is. We are waiting for this problem to be resolved. We are looking forward to good news

Servers have been up the whole time. Your issue is something else.

It looks like an IP blocking problem, as I can access the server from outside my home network. Do you know how to get it checked from the x10hosting side?
