Can a blog be installed with a free website?
If not, what would be the requirements? thank you in advance for the info

3rd party software limitations if any ... etc

Honestly, I did try to find this info before asking. There must be a manual somewhere.

Yes, we have full PHP and MySQL support, which means you can install blogging software, such as WordPress, on your account.

You can install WordPress using our automatic installer, or installing it manually through FTP.

We don't really have many restrictions on any third-party software you can use, but you can find a quick summary at the top of our Terms of Service.
