Boku server MySQL down?

My blog http://peanutbutterjelly.co.cc/ gives Error establishing a database connection since a few hours ago.I checked in cPanel and found out the database is still there but the size is 0kb. I am aware the servers are being moved, but how long will the process take?

UPDATE: Fixed now, I added int.fris.x10hosting.com in the remote hosts in cPanel. However, the site is loading really slowly.

I have the same problem on my website.
I don't know why but the database user can't connect to the mySQL server.
But PhpMyAdmin can.

Now I have this kind of message when I try to connect to the mySQL server with PHP :
" SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'bignose_dbuser'@'10.33.251.246' (using password: YES)"

I think the problem is on the translation of 'localhost' -> '10.33.251.246' but I'm not sure.

If someone have infos , I'm interested
