Boru Account Issues After Upgrade

Dear Support,

The files on my account were losing during the Boru upgrade and, as per the post in the News section of the forum, I am submitting a support ticket as a result.

Your site is still working online, which means that the files are still there. Can you clarify what errors you are encountering when you try to access your files? Please recheck your account. Boru has been under maintenance in the last 16 hours: http://status.x10hosting.com/

Many other accounts on your same server, Boru, have that same problem because of the maintenance going on. Please be patient until it's completed.
