Boru account with all files deleted

Hi

My account is one of the one to be affected by the recent problems. I can not create email accounts as I keep getting an error stating "The disk write test failed. You may have exceeded your quota, or the disk is full"

I suspect that cPanel is not functioning properly.

Can an Admin look into this.

Log into cPanel and see if you are able to view your files in the File Manager. If they don't exist nor does your Home Directory, that would be the issue.

I have checked and the home directory does exist but all files and sub directories (like public/html) are gone. Can this please be reinitialised so that I can upload files and get email back online.
