We will be upgrading MySQL on both servers to 5.1. Further upgrades to bring them inline with our other systems will follow.

After seeing a feedback thread I realized I wasn't very clear with this when I posted.

Boru and Chopin are being upgraded to match the other servers that have already been upgraded. It is still in progress.

Sites should be back online now, no further downtime is expected. There are still some configuration changes that need to be done though.
