Boru cPanel and FTP problems

1. cPanel log in not working on two Boru accounts. It worked for me yesterday

2. FTP will connect, but refuses to give a directory listing. ie, it is useless.

Note: #2 has now resolved itself. But my account on Boru (by way of Fris, originally Lotus) still gives a Login Attempt Failed! when trying to log in to cPanel, when it did not yesterday.

No.
I tried changing my password. It worked for the Forum and Account Panel, but for the hosting account it showed:

informationUpdate to your hosting account password. 
resultA system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: AE3E7FCC

I cannot log into cPanel with either old or new password. And I could after the move to Boru.
