Boru cPanel failed to login

i posted a support ticket on july 20 and was asked for my cpanel username and never got any response when i gave the cpanel.

when i go to my site it says it doesnt exist and my cpanel login doesnt work.

It looks like this account was created after we packaged all accounts on the server (not sure why), however we would have a backup of any files from the 17th of July. Your best bet is to re-signup tomorrow the request a restoration of files\databases. When signing up again please use the same information as before.
