My website http://coffeecup.x10.mx is down as has been for around 24 hours. The system shows no indication of this, and when i try to log into cPanel i get a Connection Timed out error (118)."The web page at https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

What can i do to access my data?

Regards

Thanks for the reply.

It does indeed seem to be a problem on my end, my friends can access it fine - no idea what is up though. Cant access cPanel either, still.

Ived tried emptying cashe, changing browser (chrome 9, ie 8 ), change dns (opendns and isp) but to no avail.

You can close the ticket, its a problem on my end, but i cant figure it out atm. Thanks.

I'm leaving the ticket open cause there's a known issue between Boru and some ISP's; can you post the results of a tracert from your pc to boru.x10hosting.com, up to and including the first few lines where it gets no results?

Edit: Should clarify; the issue isn't something x10 can fix but we're trying to narrow it down so one of our affected staff members can keep providing more info to her ISP until they realize there actually -is- a routing issue. XD

OK here the info.

My isp is TELIA STOFA (Cable), through a (non shared) connection in the dormitory. I dont have access to the Cable Router, i connect through a Cat 5 directly into the wall.

Code:
Tracing route to boru.x10hosting.com [69.175.121.66]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1 * * * Request timed out.
  2 * * * Request timed out.
  3 * * * Request timed out.

          This Goes on for awhile.

 28 * * * Request timed out.
 29 * * * Request timed out.
 30 * * * Request timed out.

Trace complete.
Yeah... sorry =P

I am able to connect to the server using a proxy connection fine, and tried using another connection yesterday and it worked fine.

Why would they actively block Boru?

EDIT: Clarify: I have my own 10/10 Mbps connection, with my own (most likely dynamic) IP. I just connect my cat 5 directly into the wall.

EDIT 2: Is this odd behaviour?
Code:
Tracing route to google.com [74.125.39.104]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

  1 * * * Request timed out.
  2 * * * Request timed out.
  3 * * * Request timed out.
  4 * * * Request timed out.
  5 * * * Request timed out.
  6 * * * Request timed out.
  7 * * * Request timed out.
  8 * * * Request timed out.
  9 * * * Request timed out.
 10 * * * Request timed out.
 11 * * * Request timed out.
 12 * * * Request timed out.
 13 * * * Request timed out.
 14 * * * Request timed out.
 15 33 ms 33 ms 31 ms fx-in-f104.1e100.net [74.125.39.104]

Trace complete.

Something is very wrong there cause it seems your tracert request is being blocked before it even gets to your router; guess in this case it means we're kinda stuck without the tracert since yours is inconclusive (can't gain any data from it) :S
