Boru is not responding.. how long it will take to fix the problem.. I want to back up

Sir/Madam,

I have no back up of my database... I want to develop my web site as soon as possible. how can I continue my task .. If I can have a back up of the database ..I might able to upload my backups to a another server(Starka) of x10hosting to continue the process. Please give me a better option to continue my task.
