boru site stops working, email not working, ftp transfer not working

My site is working now, but lately it keeps disappearing, stops working or is very slow. Currently my email is down, and my FTP file transferring is down. (just checked and email is working again for now) but its been down 50% of the time. FTP is not connecting.

You are using ftp.wannaspeed.com as your FTP host...

Try wannaspeed.com or boru.x10hosting.com

and post back the result..

Just tried both. Same errors.
I've been using the other loggin for a week with no issues. I had it in the quick menu bar so it hasn't changed.
