I am admin for this hosting, working with the owning of the account. The account has clearly been one affected by the upgrading issues. The Cpanel is not working even though we are capable of logging into it I cannot create a new FTP account so I can gain access to the hosting. We also been to get access to backups of the databases for wordpress, if these still exist.
Another support request was sent by the owner of the account under a 404 error. In the thread for the support ticket it was said by Anna it had been escalated, but we have not heard from anyone since and it is now "closed" in a supoort ticket section. We really need to have this resolved ASAP.
