i am here to complain about this restriction because everybody that realy wants to register WILL register, and that's not fair whith who doesn't want to abuse and want to make everything right

someone could easily use a proxy if i have bad intentions but it's complicated for me to do this because i have a realy restricted access in my machine

i hope somebody reads this because it is baning the whole country because of 200 people (i dont know how many but it will be very litle compared to 200,000,000)

What I will say is you should file a support ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com - you can still get the account manually created by a support admin, you just can't use the signup thing.


Fair warning too, I might be mistaken, but the multiple-account detection script may very well catch the proxy if someone has already utilized said proxy to create an account; I'd just go through the support system and have someone with the appropriate access create the account manually for you. It's been done in the past; the restriction is mostly there (I believe at least) to deter those intending to abuse the service, because they won't have support create the account for them - they'll just go elsewhere.
