Thanks Brandon for your answer. I do not have back-ups but I do have the original files and can re-set my various websites. How am I to proceed, in regards to my original subdomain name - will it be reset ie: aircar.x10hosting.com, and do I just upload my files and go from there?

Hello,

Go ahead and create a new account. From there you can re-upload your files and I will reapply the double everything to your account.

Just use the same username and domain, that's fine.

Brandon - thanks for all of your help and suggestions. I tried to sign up for a new account with the sale info, ie: domain, user, e-mail, and could not. .x19hosting is not on the list, it puts me to x10mx, and it kicks me out when I use my email of aircargk@gmail.com, saying this account is already in use. To get the same settings, what next. Or do I just cancel all my accounts and use new email and user for everything, and then inform you for the account double.
