Can log into X10 Hosting but "An error occurred during a connection to x13.x10hosting.com:2222"

Already aware you've had / got problems with other servers and reported an unknown ETA of fix.

x13 has remained online and should be up now.

However, I did see your IP blocked in our firewall which may be the cause of the issue you are seeing. Can you re-attempt to access this service?

I have access to the Hosting Control Panel now, and access the services, thx!
The Wordpress portion of my website appears to be working fine as well.

Although I'm curious: How did my IP get blocked? Too much traffic [I've been seeing some bots visiting lately]? Cloudflare? X10? Other?
