normally x10 does not provide script support.
but this issue was posted about before.

there could be multiple reasons for this.
check that mysqli is enabled on your php version.
extra features>select php version>options
that shows the php selected for the current php version.

if that is selected then staff will need to check it.

php version is at 7.0 and Mysqli is activated, I would like to contact support but it is difficult :/
