Bug?

Hey there,
I cant login into the host for the last couple of hours,I changed my password yesterday and haven't been able to get passt login area,when I login it says "
Completing sign in
Please standby while you're transferred to the hosting control panel.

An error has occurred processing your request."

So I changed my password again to maybe see if it would reset something but nope still dont work.

Any ideas?
