Bugzilla Perl Moduels

Hey guys,

Are we aloud to manually install perl modules, I dont want to try and end up getting my account suspended so I thought best to post here. I am trying to install bugzilla and after running checksetup.pl via a cron job I get a response stating that I need to install these modules:
/usr/bin/perl install-module.pl Email::Send
/usr/bin/perl install-module.pl Email::MIME
/usr/bin/perl install-module.pl Email::MIME::Encodings
/usr/bin/perl install-module.pl Email::MIME::Modifier

Could an admin enable these modules for me if possible?

cgi-bin (Perl/Python) has been disabled due to abuse by some members. There has been no announcement as to if/when they will ever be enabled again.

So how did my perl scrip run via cron job and send me its results?

Running a script via a cron job is different from running it via Apache (the web server). Apparently they did not disable Perl, just the use of it from a web page/script.

And I am not able to request that it is enabled on my account? If it is not avalable at all then I think you should stop advertising it on your free hosting page.
