When I try to create a new city, It merely says please choose a country, Yet, no countries are listed.

There should be a map of the world - showing US / Canada ... and you pick one, then pick it again - depending where you want to be.

What do you actually do with this? Can you add buildings and run the city and everything or just sit there and watch it grow?
