The set up went ok, but how do I actually create a webpage?

Hello,
This is free hosting support, not support with building your website. However, you'd need to try and learn how sites work etc. Google is very helpful. You may want to start with a tool such as Adobe Dreamweaver to build sites graphically, then the program does all of the coding and uploading. In the long term, you could look into learning a programming language such as php or html, or get familiar with a CMS such as joomla. You'd probably also find some good video tutorials on YouTube.
