Once again my account gets suspended for not posting. Is the righteous solution for the lazy man to just pay a buck or two for the real deal? To be really lazy I have a hosting account that provides ip addresses with different cNames to appear to be on different servers, which is much better for SEO than the reaeller hosting account I have with the ssame company where all websites hosted share an identical ip.

Any questions about that and I'd love to add to my posts.

Keep it Str8!

You can unsuspend your account yourself from your account management panel.
You need to login to the forums at least once every 2 weeks, no need of forum posting.

I'm still baffled why we get regular complaints here from noobs about having to make posts on x10, when they actually don't have to post. :dunno:

It's been a while since I first signed up, & the process has changed since then. Isn't it made clear enough at sign-up about having to log in once every 2 weeks (or less) & not having to post every 2 weeks? Perhaps it should be made clearer?

It must be getting tiresome for staff to keep having to explain this to the complainers. I know I'm getting bored of it!

Actually there's a lot of post-for-hosting style free-hosts out there; if you don't read the TOS and take it literally, it does appear like it's post-for-host style.

What annoys me more though is if someone doesn't see the replies so they keep posting to keep their account alive but never read the reply to realize they don't -have- to keep posting :p

Hmm....Perhaps the process one has to go through to unsuspend one's account could re-enforce the TOS ;

Perhaps remind the x10 member of the log in not post rule? Perhaps ask the member to paste a copy of the TOS into the unsuspend form (thus proving they at least know where the TOS is, even if they haven't actually read it)? Perhaps get them to pass an IQ test ? OK, maybe not that one - I doubt I'd have got in here if that one existed ;)
