Buttons?

So I am making my forum on MyBB and I was wondering if there is a way to put buttons in. Like how *redacted* did it where you can go to different sections of the forum by clicking a button. This makes it so you don't have to scroll down for ten minutes to find the photo forum. If you could tell me how to do this or a plugin that lets you do this it would be very appreciated! Thanks!!

They're likely using Anchors of some form, although how it was integrated with their website isn't something I'm familiar with.
