A friend of mine,
Ready to buy a VPS.
But he hopes to do some configuration changes.
For example, hard disk capacity, increased to 1000G.
If the annual pay, about the budget?
On pay, budget?
Can you provide any kind of after-care services and benefits search.

Information about X10 VPS Hosting is available at:
http://x10hosting.com/vps.php

I would suggest going with the X5 Plan or higher as the X3 Plan does not have enough RAM for many things IMHO. You will have the option of selecting from a number of popular operating systems. You are free to configure and setup the VPS as you please within the limits of TOS and AUP.
The maximum disk capacity on X10 VPS hosting is 170 GB.
X10 VPS services is unmanaged and they do not provide support for VPS unless something breaks on their end, which is very rare. You will be able to get some help on this forum from other VPS users, but it is best to have a good working knowledge of server operations before setting up you own VPS. There are a few managed VPS services and services which offer full support out there if you do not have the skills and knowledge to set up and manage VPS on your own.

Hope this was helpful.

If you want a terabyte of space (which is basically 1000gb), why not buy a dedicated server? It will be much easier for your needs...

What exactly do you need that much space for anyways?
I have 1.4 TB of space on my computer, and I'm only using 500MB, half of it is 4-5 full backups of my OS.

If you wish to provide file hosting services, you are going to need to find a cheap dedicated server that focuses on disk space, otherwise you'll probably see little to no return.
