Buying premium hosting removes bandwidth quota?

So, apparently this month I will go over the 1000MB quota. If I purchase the premium package, will that get unlocked?

Also, if I decide to not need the premium anymore, can I just go back to standart hasslefree?

No need for you to buy a [ Premium ] account to have unmetered storage (disk space)

A non upgraded free-hosting account can have the limit removed - if it meets the unmetered requirements
