By accident DROPed all the tables from my sql database

Hi, I by accident dropped al my tables, I am here to ask do you take backups if so if you do it would be really nice if ucould restore my site Please, my 4 hour work on the theme is gone and i need your help.

Even if X10 does have backups, this is a prime example of why you should always keep a regular backup of all important work. If the database is that vital, you should not be trusting that X10 has a backup in place, you should be responsible for keeping your data safe.
Everyone has to learn to backup, and sadly for some it takes a loss to realise that.
Obviously, if X10 does have a backup, problem solved; but make sure you learn from this - backups are critical.

We do have SQL backups, but I don't know how they work, as I have never used them. I will therefore escalate the thread and an account manager will be able to assist you with the back ups.
