c-panel issues

Two problems:

1. When I go to c-panel there are 3 menus at the top "ACCOUNT" "HOSTING" and "SUPPORT" but I'm not able to see the menu drop downs for each. I'm using IE v8

2. The old c-panel gave me options (with icons to select from) for email accounts, MySQL databases. I don;t see any of that. Where did it all go?

That is not the cPanel. What you described is the account panel. At the top "HOSTING" should be a clickable link to your hosting account details. The drop down menu for it doesn't have to be used because the options are all on the same page after you click "HOSTING". There should be a button that says "Login to cPanel" below the hosting details. If you can't find it, post back here.
