C-panel username/password [Request]

Due, to the fact that my c-panel account got hacked a month ago i haven't returned to it since. I forgot my c panel password, but i think my c-panel username is: xero

The only information I can give to you off the back of my mind is.

Ad-free account
Intermediate PHP (i think)
C-panel username (i think)

I would add additional information but whenever i get to account management it prompts me with this

even though i dont have an ad-enhanced account.
and when i type in xero for my username i get this.

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

That account was terminated on the 11th, I'm afraid. You're welcome to sign up again, but we can't recover any of your stuff :/. Sorry .

You already have an account, use it.

May i ask, why was it terminated? Inactivity?
