Call to undefined function curl_init()

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /home/jbajwa1/public_html/statfink/helm/league.php on line 55

the person with the problem said to fix their issue they upgraded to Intermediate PHP.......if that's all I need to do, how do I do so.

Go to
http://www.x10hosting.com/login
and login with your forum username and password.
At the bottom left, select Intermediate PHP. Add the reason 'For access to curl_init()' in the reason box and submit your request.
You will receive an email when your request has been processed.
