Calling all users on the "Starka" server

I've got the same problems, temporarily unavailable or internal errors. It was fast after the move though.

Hope they can fix it

Dittos. Last 24 hrs my sites on starka have not been reachable most of the time, usually receiving the "temporarily unavailable" message, less frequently the "server misconfiguration" message, and during short windows of time they actually load correctly.

Incidentally, immediately after the starka migration my sites worked okay (until yesterday and except for the 1/2 day blackout). However, email to accounts on x10 hosted mx domains was so hit and miss for about 72 ours, that I finally switched them over to gmail, after which all the email problems went away.

My domains are peb.pcriot.com, dumbox.com, and linuxdojo.com.

I am now getting a 403 Forbidden error, on my addon domain. but my main domain is fine (still shows the cgi-sys/default.cgi on the main domain).

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

All my sites on Starka have been getting misconfiguration errors or unavailable errors all day today. Hope this issue can be resolver soon!

you do know, its telling her to send an email to the webmaster of her website, which would be her. So there is no help there.

I am getting "The page is temporarily unavailable error" again.

We have completed moving Starka to our new setup and believe we have worked out most if not all the bugs. We are curious to know how your site is performing now that everything is swapped over. Has the speed increased? Decreased? Any outages?

Please post up your site and some details to help us evaluate the latest set of changes.

Yea i am getting a error also normaly things are 100% cool! i am getting if you have reached this page in error please contact the webmaster. [Me] . I have had this before but it normaly resolved instantly. But starka has been having problems all day. I have had this error for over 1hr. But i am sure things will be resolved shortly.

Your server is currently having ongoing maintenance performed on it. Give it some time to correct itself.

This has been going on for 24hrs now... why have x10 admins gone quiet... this is what is frustrating. A couple weeks ago things went haywire for a day or two, but the admins were here regularly giving updates and being transparent. That made it all cool. Having this amount and length of trouble with no response..... arrrghhh!

I agree. I have had a problem for 24 hrs now and the only person ranked higher than member to reply is Smith6612. Not that I don't like his advice, but having an administrator themselves tell us exactly what is wrong with the server would be nice. But thanks Smith6612.

There has been an answer, just redirect yourselves to http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/153782-free-hosting-update.html to actually know the status of this issue.

Apparently they have not yet addressed the source of the problem, but when they do, they will inform us.

without making any errors so far is that the server movement
