Ever since the servers were moved, I was not able to access my cpanel account and my site. I waited for a while thinking that there are still problems with the move but until now the problem persists. The error I'm presented is a Connection Timeout error.

My cPanel username is: jackebl.
My domain: jelendil.pcriot.com / jackeblagare.com

I have tried flushing my DNS, clearing my cache, using other browsers, using other computers, and other things.

Please do respond on how to solve this problem.

It doesn't load for me. I don't know what the problem is. I even tried accessing them from other computers.

Flush the dns and clear browser cache

Try again.

The site is loading fine.

As I have indicated earlier, I have done all that. Unfortunately, things are the same (site not loading and cpanel not loading).

I've tried flushing the dns then pinging the site. It's still a 100% loss. As for the firewall, I've turned it off. I also tried using Linux when accessing the site but the problem remains.

Then mostly you have to check with your ISP. That is your Internet provider.

Well, even when I access it using other ISPs, the problem remains. Is it possible that x10 is blocking access from the Philippines for some reason?
