Can¨t acces controlpanel

Moselle who explained to me what the problem here.

Here is what writes:

Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been Temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.











Please help

Please look in other topics before you post.

There have been at least two other users with your same issue. I've alerted an administrator, and they are aware of the issue. Just be patient.

I have not seen. Is it a problem with the hosting or something else?

There is something wrong with the server starka. I'm not sure what the issue was. Last I heard, they were recompiling PHP to work with apache, but I'm not sure what's up. They may be moving to a new server. Check the Server Alerts for more information. http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/

Wouldn't it make more sense to transfer us starka users over to another server while starka gets sorted or would that take to long? Surely it's only transfering files and changing directory paths.

But yeh, ive got the same problem :)

According to some other members, it appears as if the cPanel on Starka accounts are working again. Please check now, and post back if there are any further problems.

But yeh, ive got the same problem :)


That would take much too long. Each account has to be individually zipped up, transfered, unzipped, checked for errors, (this includes email, sql, etc). It's a very long process, and it's not worth transfering them over just to be transfered back to starka.

It has been verified by our head administrator that this problem has been resolved.

Please check your cPanel and try logging in again, and post back if you have any further problems.
