Can´t access site after suspension

Hi, my account has been suspended for inactivity. I´ve followed the steps to unsuspend, waited one day, and still getting the message "Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL" when trying to access the site.
I´ve read in the forums that there has been a server upgrade in these days, may this be related to that?

Change your mysql host to localhost in config file

Hi Boss, thanks for your post. It worked with localhost as mysql server. I was working before with mysql-chopin.x10hosting.com

After MYSQL server upgrade http://forums.x10hosting.com/service-alerts/109408-mysql-server-upgrade-new-post.html only localhost is working.
