can´t access to cpanel

hello i just recently got unsuspend then when i try to access cpanel my usual account and password doesn´t work
also when im trying to access my home index via http it´s the same, i don´t know if all my files were deleted with the suspension but that´s not a problem cause i can upload them, the thing is that i can´t access via ftp or cpanl. thanks.
